If the cleric build were more focused on INT based damage, mixing necro skills and hydro skills you can get some decent hybrid damage there, but you'd need them to focus on dealing damage over a support role. While a few abilities can give tanks damage, it isn't much overall comparatively (assuming you are referring to a 1h+shield build.
Tanks are better off being relatively squishy with powerful restores of their armor than actually being tanky from the get go. Not too much point in building a tanky character in this game, enemies avoid attacking them. I wouldn't recommend this build with that team. (Bear with me here, its a lot, but it should help if you are really keen on using this build.)
